These Terms cover the Website only. fungy.ai subscriptions and any commercial use of our products or services are governed by a separate, individually agreed Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and Order Form, and not by these website Terms.

Information about fungy.ai and other offerings presented on the Website is provided for general information only and does not create any contractual rights or obligations. Any commercial relationship is established solely through the applicable separately signed agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such an agreement in relation to a product or service, that agreement prevails for that product or service.

8. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data, and our Cookie Policy, which explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using the Website, you acknowledge those policies.
